2013 – make it YOUR year!

by Wendy on January 21, 2013

Welcome to 2013!  By now, many folks will be coming home from summer holidays and cranking up for the year ahead.

The gym is certainly getting busier as people put into action their New Year’s resolutions of getting fit or losing weight, and all aerobic classes are back in action, so if you have been missing your favourite class over the holiday break, come on in!

When you’ve worked in a gym for a while, you begin to notice those members that do the same training day in and day out, year in and year out – yet they still look exactly the same while complaining that they can’t lose that last 5 kg or lift any heavier. If this sounds like you, or if you are new to the gym and have no idea of what is really necesary to effect change in your body – why not invest in yourself and book  some sessions with one of our personal trainers?

All of our staff are qualified personal trainers, all training their own clients when not being the smiling faces you see behind the counter. Have a chat with any of them about some of the goals that you have for 2013 – they may just be the key you need to help you make 2013 your year to succeed.

Book a PT session today  – as the ad says, “You’re worth it!”
