There is a lot of excitment building in the fitness industry for this weekend’s Fitness Expo. Held at the ASB Showgrounds, the expo is shaping up to be a fab event with lots of competitions, give-aways and fun new fitness toys and techniques to trial.

While you are there, make sure that you look out for some of your Fitness Plus staff who will be in action. Dave will be at one of the supplement stands, LJ will be on the New Zealand Institute of Sport stand, and Cathy will be at the Gymstick stand along with Marietta – the Gymstick Master trainer who should not be missed – this lady is incredible!
