Three Fitness Plus athletes took to the stage for the first time ever at the 2012 Club Physical Bodybuilding Championship held just over a week ago and wow – did they look amazing! All three have been regulars working hard here at the gym and to step on the stage was in itself a fantastic achievement following months and months of hard slog. What’s even more exciting however, is that all three placed with two even winning overall titles.
