It’s Not Too Late!

There is still time to register and weigh in for our Fitness Plus Body Transformation Challenge. Registration forms are at the counter and you can make an appointment with the trainer of your choice to get weighed and measured while you are signing up.

12 weeks are going to pass anyhow, so why not jump in and use these 12 weeks to change your life?

Afterall, you never know who you might become……..  😉



Waitangi Weekend

Not to fear, the gym will be open from the hours of 8 am – 12 noon this Friday (Waitangi Day). We will then be open for our usual hours over the weekend of 8am – 4pm.
