Staying safe while you work out

We are gearing up for the busiest time of the year to kick in as summer holidays finish, and people jump back into the gym wanting to work off the Christmas excess. We are already seeing numerous members register for our upcoming 12 week challenge which is a great way to stay motivated and  smash those New Years resolutions,  however you won’t make it past the first week if you don’t take the time to learn how to perform your exercises correctly.

Good technique not only means that you are training the muscle in question effectively, but means that you are performing it in a way that won’t injure, potentially sidelining you from working towards your goals. The best way to check your technique? Have one of our fully qualified trainers take you through your program. Even better though, consider investing into regular Personal Training. You’ll not only be monitored for safe tecchnique, but will learn how to train with intensity and focus. They will push you harder than you would yourself and you WILL get results if you follow their instructions.

NewYear – New Goals – New You!

Christmas and New Years has been and gone and now it is time for some new goals or just a kickstart to move that extra little weight that you may have from all the nice little treats.

Our Biggest Loser competition saw some amazing results last year, with our “Losers'” hard work ackowleged at our successful end or year gym show (photo below).


Their success inspired many in the audience on the night, so here is your chance to jump on board as we are launching our next 12 week challenge in just a few weeks.

Assessment week is from Monday Feb 16th through until Sunday 22nd after which registration will close, so don’t miss this fab opportunity to do something positive for yourself!
