It’s Not Too Late!

There is still time to register and weigh in for our Fitness Plus Body Transformation Challenge. Registration forms are at the counter and you can make an appointment with the trainer of your choice to get weighed and measured while you are signing up.

12 weeks are going to pass anyhow, so why not jump in and use these 12 weeks to change your life?

Afterall, you never know who you might become……..  😉



NewYear – New Goals – New You!

Christmas and New Years has been and gone and now it is time for some new goals or just a kickstart to move that extra little weight that you may have from all the nice little treats.

Our Biggest Loser competition saw some amazing results last year, with our “Losers'” hard work ackowleged at our successful end or year gym show (photo below).


Their success inspired many in the audience on the night, so here is your chance to jump on board as we are launching our next 12 week challenge in just a few weeks.

Why not start talking to our trainers now about designing the best possible program for you, and register your interest with Wendy at the front counter? Assessment week is from Monday Feb 16th through until Sunday 22nd after which registration will close, so don’t miss this fab opportunity to do something positive for yourself!
