At our Auckland Gym, you’ll receive an initial Body Assessment, consisting of a health evaluation, desired goals, fitness test & BMI calculation. After this, you will be provided with a training program to suit your needs and capabilities, and be taken through the routine to ensure your utmost safety and that you are exercising correctly. We also do interim assessments so that we can check your progress and adjust your program to ensure you’re building a body that will give you the health, confidence and general well-being you deserve.
